The customer service here sucks! There was a bartender with jet black hair whom I tried to get her attention too many times and mind you the bar wasn't busy at all, She basically ignored me. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to get a glass of wine. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the chicken wings I ordered we're pretty good. Then I tried again to get her attention to just get a to go box, she ignores me again, chatting with other customers. I had to beg to get some type of service, when that's your job? I won't be going here anymore unless they get new bartenders who knows how to treat a paying customer!

I gotta say I’m hurt with this bar. I came here to unwind and the service I received tonight killed me. I came in after a bad day at work trying to make it before happy hour. I walked in about 653 pm, the bartender greeted me, gave me a menu, walked away, went up to everyone else at the bar, served everyone else at the bar including ppl who came in after me. She rolls back around at 701 pm and I said I wanted to order food for happy hour. She says, “happy hour ended at 7” I said okay “it’s, 701, please make an exception.” She said let me ask the chef, goes to ask the chef, comes back, “he said it was okay” . I thought to myself, why was that even an objection in the first place. Yeah I got my food, but damn that was hella unprofessional. I don’t say anything thou, but I decide to go home, today is just too bad of a day. So then I’m like you know what, I’m gonna go, I’m gonna close out, “oh you can’t take happy hour food to go”. Another objection, seriously?! I ask for a manager. She still closed me out, but the manager comes, she had the nastiest and rudest demeanor. She says to me, “why am I here? You got your food didn’t you!? What do you want me to do?” I’m like you are a manager and I have a right to make a complaint. I’m not asking for a discount, I’m just trying to make you aware of a situation that shouldn’t have happened. She said to me, “how do you know these people weren’t here before you?” What??!! I literally just told you they walked in after me so now I’m lying?!?!? She started to raise her voice and people were staring at us. So finally I had to say I don’t want to argue and have a good day, she said “oh I will” and stormed off. I cant lie, I don’t go to this place as often as I used to since I moved two years ago, but that hurt. I really liked that bar. So this review is for that manager, I sincerely hope you don’t treat all your African American customers that way. I sincerely hope next time you will hear the complaint with an open mind even if you don’t agree.

Something for everyone! There's a bar room, wine room, and excellent music room. Food is always good too.
