Latitudes Bar & Bistro began over a decade ago as Latitudes Cafe & Martini Bar. In 2009 the Khoury brothers, Sam and Cory, took over ownership. Since then they have held a high standard for high quality food and entertainment. In 2014 the menu shifted to focus on local, fresh and delicious food in a casual atmosphere.
Both Sam and Cory are owner-operators. You can find Sam behind the bar telling jokes, making drinks and ensuring a pleasant visit. Meanwhile, Cory is hard at work in the kitchen providing each meal with explicit detail and creativity.
We aim to elevate food culture in Anderson Township with a menu that features fresh, locally sourced ingredients from purveyors in and around the tri-state.
For years, east-siders have had to settle for dining options limited to fast food and chain restaurants. Latitudes Bar & Bistro aims to give suburbanites the opportunity to get high quality, fresh, local and delicious fare right in the heart of the Anderson Town Center. From the focaccia bread to the wing sauces, nearly everything that hits the plate will be hand-made in-house. The new menu will include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free selections along side traditional dishes including Confit Chicken Wings and our soon-to-be-famous Braised Shortrib Na'an.
