Red Hot & Blue replicates the old time flavors of the smoke shacks in Tennessee where you'd pick up your bar-b-que wrapped in a leftover potato chip bag (to keep the sauce from dripping on your car seat) and carry food home to eat.The name Red Hot & Blue is taken from the title of Dewey Phillips radio show that played for years on WHBQ-AM in Memphis. It was on the "Red Hot & Blue Show" that the world was introduced to such legendary performers as Elvis Presley, Rufus Thomas and Jerry Lee Lewis.
