This was our second time visiting the Blue Note Grill and we have loved it both times. Such a cool place! Very good food, ambience, service, and great music. My biggest complaint is they are one hour and 30 minutes from my house. Hopefully they can do something to fix this.

This is a great place for Durham BBQ. The cooks here really know how to get it done right! I had the 1/2 Rack of Ribs and my wife had the chicken pulled BBQ. The ambiance is straight off a universal studios Blues Bothers set. Fantastic place to try if you want an awesome dinner experience downtown Durham.

Love the diverse and welcoming atmosphere. Had an amazing server and wonderful food to match. The fried avocado was cooked to perfection and everything we order tasted so good. Definitely recommend coming here.

The band was great, and the casual dining experience was really fun! It had the feel of an old divey bar that had just decided to dress up and step out a bit. Try the cucumber vodka from the distillery next door 👌

Bar/restaurant that features live music in evenings but also open for lunch. Food is generally barbecue type plates and and hamburgers with sides like baked beans, mac n cheese, collards, fries, etc. Food is pretty good but better bbq options exist. They do have smoked wings that they fry which are delicious. Atmosphere has a roadhouse feel to it. Service is friendly and good.
